SCOPE OF WORK
We conduct coordination meetings, provide precise plans, ensure architectural coordination, and deliver stamped approvals. Our electronic files, equipment coordination, contractor specs, and final PDF drawings guarantee a seamless process from start to approval. 1. Coordination Meetings
Facilitate design coordination sessions with the Owner, Architect, MEP Engineer(s), Construction Manager, and other stakeholders. The scope includes up to 8 hours of in-person or remote meeting time. Any additional time requires prior written authorization from ownership.
2. Engineering Plans & Specs
Supply Electrical and Structural Engineering plan drawings and project specifications, encompassing detailed calculations for a rooftop Solar PV with a single interconnection point under Net Metered (NEM) standards.
3. Architectural Coordination
Provide Architectural coordination for background drawings, as needed.
4. Stamps & Approvals
Incorporate stamps from licensed Professional Engineers specializing in Electrical and Structural Engineering on all plans.
5. Electronic File Submission
Provide Electronic files (PDF or CAD) for Consultant and Architectural coordination and background drawings, as needed.
6. Equipment Placement Coordination
Coordinate with project electrical engineer and/or dry utility consultant for placement of Solar PV Equipment within rooms/spaces onsite, and system AC interconnection requirements.
7. Contractor Specs
Furnish Contractor with an Electrical Specifications sheet, complete with instructions, legends, and abbreviations.
8. Final PDF Drawings
Final Drawings will be provided in PDF file format.
9. Plan Approval Process
Amend drawings per plan check comments as needed, until approved as Ready-To-Issue by AHJ.
