Late Payment: Billings are payable upon receipt. A late payment penalty of 1% per month (12% annually) will apply for payments overdue by more than 30 days. Work will cease if payment is not made within 45 days. If litigation is necessary to enforce payment, reasonable attorney's fees will be charged to the prevailing party.
6. Extra Services
Any work not expressly included in the Scope of Work will be considered Extra Services, including reports, studies, and evaluations of alternate systems. Extra services are subject to written authorization from the client. Extra services will be compensated on an hourly basis, or based on an agreed-upon lump sum.

7. Ownership of Documents
The plans, specifications, and other documents created for this project, including any computer models, shall remain the property of Q Meccanica. The documents may not be used for other projects without explicit written consent from Q Meccanica.
